Product Description

COSIMA MK-603 is a new generation of matting powder produced by a special process and used as a finishing agent for leather, which can give excellent fineness and haze to the leather coating and is especially suitable for the surface finishing of PVC leather, PU leather and genuine leather.

Characteristics and advantages

COSIMA MK-603  can be widely used as surface treatment agent for PU leather, PVC leather and leather surface with the following characteristics.

1, High haze

Strict control of particle size distribution and special surface treatment can give leather coating better haze, which can better show the color of leather itself and make the color more vivid.

2, Good dispersion, no white spots

MK-603 is very easy to disperse, only need to use the general dispersing machine after 15-30 minutes of high-speed dispersion, can achieve good matting effect. There is no white spot in the coating.

3, High efficiency of matting

The general additive amount of matting agent is between 3%-8%, and the typical additive amount is 4%-6%.

4, Chemically stable

The matting agent itself has high purity, few impurities, and is chemically stable.
